Olympics 2021 Tokyo

The Olympics 2021 has got on the way and so far the most successful country has been china who have managed to get 40 medals. The medal table looks like this so far.

South Africa have so far won three medals at the Tokyo Olympics. 1 gold and 2 silver. Tajana Schoenmaker has won gold in women 200-meter breaststroke and sliver in the 100 meters breaststroke.

Bianca Buitendag has won silver in the Women's shortboard.

The 2 silver Medals were won on 27th July and the Gold today 30th July. This is a good start for South Africa at the Olympics as within the first 7 days they have managed to win 3 medals. Yes, this is not so good compared to other countries.

The South Africans still have hope in the track and field event and Rugby 7s to earn more medals for the country.

South Africa has made steady progress and most of its athletes will come into action in this coming week so hopefully, South Africa can start moving up the medal table.

World test championship final

India vs New Zealand is where the focus of most cricket lovers is right now as both teams get ready to clash in the final of the world test championship. With the final set to happen in England at the Southampton cricket ground both teams are planning r they will make their way to England considering the testing times we in. Both teams will have to go into a quarantine of 10 to 14 days after reaching England before they can start practicing. New Zealand will be going to England before the end of this month as they have a test series against the English starting on the second of June. CSA 4 Day series Review

The CSA 4 day series has come to an end with Titans being crowned champions of division 1 and Northen Cape Heat champions of division 2. There have been some great performances through the season with both divisions going into the last round with 3 teams still having a chance to win the tournament. Division 2 was most dominated by Northern Cape Heat for the first couple of rounds until the loss to South Western Districts in beating Northern Cape South Western Districts kept their hopes alive as well as the Tuskers going into the last round any of these 3 could have been crowned champions. It was the Northern Cape Heat who would come out on top after drawing the match while the Hollywoodbets Tuskers also settled for a draw and the South Western Districts lost their match. Smackdown Review : Roman and Jimmy Usos at log heads and New tag champs

Smackdown opened up with Jey Usos in the ring cutting a promo. He went on to say how he didn't like how his brother Jimmy was disrespecting his cousin Roman Reigns and that he had to be dealt with as that was what was best for the family and to ensure they stay on top Jimmy would have to fall in line. Reigns made his entry at this moment with Paul Heyman by his side they made their way to the ring and Reigns got a mike and said Jimmy would be taken care of but first, he needs to deal with Cesaro who defends his Universal Championship against this Sunday. In all this, Jimmy made his way to the ring and confronted Reigns, and then we got Reigns talking Jimmy into challenging Cesaro into a match later in the show. Jimmy accepted and challenged Cesaro right there. This brought Cesaro out and he accepted the Challenge by Jimmy and said tonight I beat Jimmy and Sunday I beat you Roman and become the new Universal Champion.
